Police need your help to identify a woman shot to death in the Midway area Tuesday night. Officers have released a sketch of her and are also still looking for her killer. Dispatchers received reports shortly before 11:45p.m. Tuesday of a shooting at a parking lot on West Point Loma Blvd.
